Installation of optical monitoring of channel flow in Luotuocheng district (Heihe)

In November we visited the field site in Handan to evaluate the progress in installation of meters and collect data from the different Water departments. In Heihe we installed two sensors measuring runoff at the inflow and outflow of the agricultural district of Luotocheng. This should help in future to assess the diversions of water for agricultural use.
