Research area

The research interests of Yue lie at the intersection of machine learning, geospatial analysis, and urban studies. She is particularly interested in developing deep learning frameworks to study the spatio-temporal dynamics of urban patterns. Yue is currently working on the project titled "Comparative Ecology of Cities" (CEC) to investigate the influence of urban morphology on the spatial and temporal distribution of pluvial floodwater. The findings from this study aim to offer valuable guidelines for enhancing flood resilience in urban planning.
