Sidi Peng is a PhD student from ETH Zurich, Chair of Ecological System Design. Her current research focuses on leveraging the strengths of various databases to bridge existing gaps and generate new insights for academia, policy, and industry. She began her PhD by regionalizing trade in life cycle inventories using multiregional input-output (MRIO) tables and is now developing prospective MRIO tables by incorporating external scenario data from integrated assessment models. Her broader interests lie in global supply chain modeling and its implications for environmental challenges.
